CONNECTIONS & PLANS

Your business.
On its own terms.

Use ScopeLatch with your own retail and dealership customers. They do not need ReconFlow to approve work or review the finish.

Available

Share a job, not a workspace.

Account-free customer links for the current estimate, change or completion review. Staff sign in with a ChatGPT account and need business access. Links expire after seven days, can be revoked, and are replaced when a new link is created for the job.

Available

Keep useful records outside the app.

Print or save an invoice as a PDF. The owner can download business job, decision, invoice and payment records as JSON. Photos remain available from their jobs. There is no spreadsheet import or accounting synchronization today.

Planned · not connected

A selective ReconFlow handoff.

A future optional connection could exchange selected service requests, approvals and completion receipts with a customer who uses ReconFlow. ScopeLatch would remain the vendor’s workspace across all customers. ReconFlow would remain the dealership’s reconditioning workspace.

No records, accounts, logins or databases are shared today. The connection’s permissions, matching rules and conflict handling need design and pilot validation.

Future options

Payments, accounting and notifications.

Payment processing, POS, accounting feeds and automated email/text delivery are not connected. You can enter payment instructions, manually share customer links and record payments collected elsewhere. We will discuss the services and permissions needed before adding a connection.

PLANS

Start with the business
you have today.

Pricing and commercial terms have not been approved. These are starting points for a pilot conversation, not checkout offers.

Access is currently arranged by invitation. A pilot should confirm setup, team access, devices and payment instructions before live customer use.

A few practical details.

Is ScopeLatch only for tint?

Tint is the initial workflow. The application also includes service templates for PDR, detailing, wheels and keys, using the same approval and closeout stages. Specialty requirements need validation before treating those templates as a complete solution for another trade.

Can a dealership use it without ReconFlow?

Yes. Your named dealership contact can use the review link you share without a ScopeLatch account or a ReconFlow account.

Does it take a card or Venmo payment?

No. The current workflow records payments you receive elsewhere and shows payment instructions on invoices. It does not charge customers or verify settlement with a payment service.

Is it ready for every established business?

The core workflow is implemented. A pilot should validate real jobs, approval habits, devices, staffing and billing needs. Payroll, film inventory, recurring contracts and accounting reconciliation are outside the current workflow.

GOOD WORK. CLEAR HANDOFFS.
